Sherri is also one of the few instructors who teach BodyWedge21TM classes. This is a small group class that bridges the gap between group and personal training. You get the best of both situations, all the benefits of having a personal trainer and the cost of a group class.

Starting for the City of Fountain Valley Bodywedge classes will be offered on Mondays at 6pm. The cost for the class is $99 for once a week or $198 for twice a week. NEW SESSION STARTS APRIL 5TH - MAY 31ST
